| Network and stay up to
date on the latest materials and installation techniques. Increase
your skill and knowledge of the industry. Give back to the industry
by sharing your experiences and techniques so old world craftsmanship
in wallcovering will not become a lost art! |
 |
Have
you chosen professional wallcovering installation as a career? Do
your clients deserve the best installations possible? Would you
like to talk face to face with a rep from a wallcovering manufacturer,
primer manufacturer or adhesive manufacturer? The wallcovering industry
is constantly developing new materials. When you encounter a new
type of wallcovering, would you like to know a nation wide group
of professional installers with decades of experience to contact?
If you answered yes to any of the above, please contact the NGPP.
There's always room to increase your knowledge & proficiency.
The bottom line is there's no substitute for experience. If you're
a new wallcovering contractor, you owe it to yourself & your
clients to seek out the experienced installers who have come before
you. If you're an installer with many years of experience, you have
an obligation to ensure your old world craftsmanship & skills
will not be lost to history when you retire. The National Guild
of Professional Paperhangers is a valuable resource for all professional
paperhangers. The NW Chapter doesn't require anyone to join the
guild and it doesn't cost anything to attend the meetings. All I
ask is that you come to the meetings if you are within driving distance.
You have absolutely nothing to loose and so much to gain for you
& your clients. Please call to RSVP so we can ensure there are
enough refreshments for everyone attending each meeting.
